Objective – Prove the Fraud

• Only High-Risk cases not already managed away or self-adjusted
    
• AVS driven investigation according to cost-benefit including desk-based enquiries and field investigation
   
• Focused investigation of areas of concern as highlighted by AVS Stages 1 & 2
   
• At the conclusion of the AVS driven investigation, investigators and supervisory staff are able to review all accumulated evidence and make defensible decisions to prosecute, deny or otherwise conclude a case according to the burden of proof in both criminal and civil law
